COVID-19 Customer Safety & Support

Our sole focus at Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. is the support of our customers and their safety, as well as
the safety of our employees. During this time of increased concern brought on by COVID-19, we are
striving to provide unequaled service and support. In order to facilitate this level of support, while also
keeping both customers and employees safe, we will offer the following services to limit exposure for our
inside parts counter personnel and customers alike. In offering these services, our inside sales counters
will remain closed to all visitors.

  1. Place orders online on the MyKomatsu website: https://bit.ly/3boWM2n
    • Request curbside pickup.
      • Call us when you arrive at the branch and we will load your parts while you wait
    • Request a drop shipment
      • Place the order with a ship to location and parts will be shipped per your request
  2. Call our experienced parts counter personnel, and using all available communications, such as
    phone/email, we will help you determine the parts you need and place the order with our
    warehouse for you.
    • Request curbside pickup.
      • Call us when you arrive at the branch and we will load your parts while you wait
    • Request a drop shipment.
      • Place the order with a ship to location and parts will be shipped per your request
  3. Drive-up customers will be asked to call a counter person in the branch who will assist in placing
    the order.
    • The order will be pulled while you wait in the safety of your vehicle
      • A Kirby-Smith employee will load your order while you wait


Customers should expect the highest level of service during this time. We are still placing emergency, unit
down and stock orders with vendors on a daily and weekly basis. Our level of parts stocking has not
diminished in any way.

We will still offer support to both Cash and Account Holders. We will take checks, credit cards or cash for
your convenience. Kirby-Smith parts employees are here to serve your heavy equipment parts needs.
