Under REP the rental organization or dealer will not hold you responsible for most causes of damage while the equipment is out on rent. In the event of a loss, REP will cover the replacement or repair of the damaged equipment. The charge for REP is 14% of the rental rate.

DEDUCTIBLE
Under REP, the deductible for damage to rented equipment is $1,000 for equipment valued under $25,000, and $2,500 for equipment valued more than $25,000, and $10,000 for equipment valued more than $500,000.
EXCLUSIONS
• Civil authority
• Contamination or deterioration
• Dishonest or Illegal Activity
• Failure to Maintain Equipment
• False Pretense (customer comes to rent but has no intention or returning equipment)
• Fire-Close Proximity to Open Flame
• Loss of use
• Mechanical breakdown
• Mysterious Disappearance (E.g., Customer losing a piece of equipment but not willing to submit a police report. This is not theft. Theft is a covered peril.)
• Nuclear hazard
• Pollutants
• Temperature/humidity
• Underground Operation
• War and military action
• Wear and tear
All accidents shall be reported immediately to Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. and lessee shall immediately report to the appropriate law enforcement officials and Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. any and all losses and damages caused by, or resulting from, theft, vandalism or malicious activity. The machine shall be kept in secure environments, keys removed, doors locked, vandalism covers installed and clustered with other machines. Failure to comply shall render the waiver null and void.
This certificate does not contain all the terms, conditions and exclusions of this waiver. This waiver is subject to endorsement, alteration, transfer, assignment and/or cancellation without notification to certificate holder. This summary confers no rights to the holder.
