The Kirby‑Smith Machinery Damage Waiver helps reduce your financial exposure if rental equipment is stolen or damaged during the rental period. It provides all‑risk coverage for common jobsite hazards and simplifies the claims process giving you added peace of mind throughout your rental.
ALL RISK COVERAGE WITH YOU IN MIND
Under REP the rental organization or dealer will not hold you responsible for most causes of damage while the equipment is out on rent. In the event of a loss, REP will cover the replacement or repair of the damaged equipment. The charge for REP is 16% of the rental rate.

REP ADVANTAGES
The Damage Waiver offers several advantages for rental customers. It provides a hassle‑free solution in the event of a loss, with no impact on your existing insurance premiums. You also avoid delays associated with filing through an insurance carrier, ensuring faster resolution and less downtime.
DEDUCTIBLE
Under REP, the deductible for damage to rented equipment is $1,000 for equipment valued under $25,000, and $2,500 for equipment valued more than $25,000, and $10,000 for equipment valued more than $500,000.
EXCLUSIONS
Notice to Authorities
All accidents shall be reported immediately to Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. and lessee shall immediately report to the appropriate law enforcement officials and Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. any and all losses and damages caused by, or resulting from, theft, vandalism or malicious activity. The machine shall be kept in secure environments, keys removed, doors locked, vandalism covers installed and clustered with other machines. Failure to comply shall render the waiver null and void.
This certificate does not contain all the terms, conditions and exclusions of this waiver. This waiver is subject to endorsement, alteration, transfer, assignment and/or cancellation without notification to certificate holder. This summary confers no rights to the holder.
