The "Culture of Zero"

Practicing the highest safety standards is something that is embedded in everything we do. Our devotion to these standards, combined with innovative training methods and industry best practices, helps us to continually progress in our efforts to develop a “culture of zero”.

Our Cardinal Rules set down the expectations that we have for all employees, visitors, subcontractors and third-party workers who work at or visit our sites. Kirby-Smith Machinery is intently developing proactive solutions to maintain an elevated level of safety performance and to protect our family of hardworking Kirby-Smith employees, as well as the safety of our customers.
